A random draw is conducted to select the winning numbers. Initially, this involved drawing chits from a pot, but it has now moved to digital or computerized systems.
The results are declared at specific times. Players win if their selected numbers match the drawn numbers.

I don't know why the freelancer website hasn't removed the profile so far, but it seems they are not aware of the issue that it is causing or they might be linking the free publicity that they were getting.

The phone numbers given were also questionable and several images uploaded on the freelancer website were for the Satta Matka, which seems to be illegal in India, still, several websites are operational and several people bet money on those websites.
I had heard in one of the YouTube videos that because of the increase in taxes on futures and options, people usually go for Matka betting which is again very concerning because people might lose their hard-earned money in gambling which is not good for society and the money that they lose also goes to the black market which is again very bad thing.
Sharing the link to the freelancer website or profile that is hosting this Satta Matka on the freelancer website, which seems to be because they knew that websites like those get good indexing support from search engines, and one of the best ways to get good traffic is by posting the advertisement on the website itself.

They have also given Matka Head Office phone number on their profile. I am not sure if what they are doing is illegal but the way it is open seems to be one of the things that White Hat SEO doesn't seem to do.
