1. Who are Data Analysts?

For those who don't know what Data Analytics is, it is basically understanding data in our offices to make sense. This sense-making helps in making decisions.

To elaborate on this, if in a company we have, say, 100 employees, and now we want to know how many of them are from a particular country, we would go through their joining data and extract their countries, and then create a pie chart showing how many people are from different countries.

This is, in simplest terms, what Data Analytics work looks like from the outside.
