  1. Papaya: Boosts digestion and is low-calorie.
  2. Guava: High in fiber and low in calories.
  3. Apple: Full of fiber and ideal for snacks.
  4. Orange: High in water content and low-calorie.

Hydration: Drink at least 3–4 liters of water daily for optimal hydration and detox.
