These days online forums are disappearing and apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, etc have taken their place. But WhatsApp and apps like the same are not good for knowledge sharing and having in-depth discussions.

Information gets lost in long conversations that are never-ending in nature. A group of more than 10 people just plays havoc and I have seen people just muting these groups because daily, these groups are just notification disturbances.
